Even though I've lived in London, New York and LA, it always feels so good to come home to Jackson Hole, my hometown, and let my Wyoming Woman spirit roam.
Cities are fantastic places, but small towns don't get enough credit. The people in a small town are so genuine, and interconnected. They say what they mean, and mean what they say, and I value that. The energy, the ambition and the good intentions translate well in a small town. It's been so wonderful being back in this mountain town, connecting with new people and friends from my past. There is so much talent here.
So when I began pulling pieces from the new Chinti & Parker collections for an upcoming shoot, I decided I wanted to shoot in my 'backyard' and infuse some of my Wyoming roots into the looks. I reached out to photographer Lindsay Linton and found in her an amazing collaborator to help bring the vision to life. I hope you enjoy the posts over the next couple of weeks. They are a wonderful look into my life in Wyoming which reflect the fashion sense (and brands) I've brought back with me along side local brand Aion, and some draw-dropping scenery in this place that I call home.
